To Diffuse:
Add 2-3 drops per 100 ml of water in an aromatherapy diffuser.
For Topical Use:
Dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp.) in a carrier oil or lotion.

    I got excellent results the first time I used this for a long time issue. Have used it for myself and several family & friends since. Found out for ourselves that it works great for motion sickness, belly aces from meds, indigestion after a meal, nervous belly… Great stuff to have on hand.
