Instructions
To diffuse Endurance Essential Oil add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. You can also add Endurance Essential Oil to bath salts, milk bath, or DIY body care. While Endurance Essential Oil is for vitality, it contains essential oils that are perfect for cleaning. for cleaning, mix in a spray bottle 1 cup water, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1 tsp castile soap (optional), and 20 drops of Endurance Essential Oil.

This is the oil that won me over
My mother and wife have been using essential oils for a good while. I accept that they work for cuts and colds and such, but I would have never used them outside of when my wife was helping me. We got a gift card for Christmas and this is the oil that I decided to pick out among the things that my wife chose to order. I have enjoyed this oil when I hit an afternoon slump or when I don't feel like I can make it through the gym. It smells great.
