Instructions
To diffuse Frankincense Royal Essential Oil, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 3% (9 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion.

I mix this Frankincense EO with my lotion and apply it almost every night. I love it for when I have restless legs, it helps!! And I have been able to tell a big reduction of my postpartum stretch marks from applying it daily!
