Instructions

To diffuse Fret Free Essential Oil, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 5% (15 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion.

    I rarely write reviews but I want to thank you for making such lovely blend with oils that I can trust at reasonable prices. My sister has been boing through a rough time over the past 6 months. I made her a rollon bottle plus give her some to diffuse. She happily reported back that it has mad a difference for her and even helped her sleep. She order from here too now.
