Gentle Digest is effective and has serving instructions for newborns and adults. Gentle Digest Tincture is a digestive aid for the entire family. It is a natural, shelf stable, effective alternative to less effective remedies for all sorts of digestive issues. The herbal combination of Gentle Digest includes herbs that have traditionally have been used with colic, reflux, gas, bloating, and other digestive complaints including indigestion, nausea, and heartburn. These same herbs have long been relied on by herbalists and mothers over many centuries.

Organic: Raspberry Leaf, Rooibos, Rose Hips, Fennel, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint & Spearmint Leaves, & Lemon balm; extracted in organic alcohol (1:2).

Every tincture that we carry is herbalist formulated. We use only the highest quality herbs that are certified organic, or holistically wild crafted. We use organic alcohol and filtered water, free from harsh chemicals. This combination acts as a carrier, bringing the needed remedy straight to the blood stream to work fast and effectively. Tinctures are absorbed in the mouth and stomach and bypass the slower intestinal system which may not absorb the needed constituents of capsules. 

For Adult Use

Via Mother's Milk *

Mother can take 1 squeeze directly in mouth or in water, tea, or juice for taste, as needed prior to nursing. 

Via Bottle or Cup *

Younger than 3 months -- 2 drops
3 to 6 months -- 3 drops
6 to 9 months -- 4 drops
9 to 12 months -- 5 drops
12 to 18 months -- 7 drops
18 to 24 months -- 8 drops
2 to 3 years -- 10 drops

For Teething *

Apply a drop to sore area of the mouth.
