Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-6 sprays to the back of the throat as needed. For healthy children age 2 and over, take 1-2 sprays 2-3 times per day. Alternate Method: Can be sprayed in water tea or juice. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use with a pregnant women, or a woman who is nursing.

The best throat spray
I have been using this herb for a long while and was glad to see it offered in a spray. I am a gym coach and my voice gets used up. I carry this with me and it really helps.
