Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times times a day.. Healthy children ages 5 and over take 2 squaezes of the dropper 2-3 times a day. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use with children or breastfeeding women. It is not recommended for pregnant women.

Moringa tincture
I was waking up several times a night every night. After taking this 3 times a day for 3 days I slept through the night! I will not be without this! I’m looking forward to the other benefits I will get from taking this long term.

This and one other tincture does it all.
I have several of the tinctures from here and I think that they are all great, but I keep this and Heal All on hand at all times to cover whatever comes up that I might not have a certain tincture for. Between the two they do just about everything. I love not having to stock a couple of dozen just in cast. So great.
