Description
The Herbal Toad's Organic Honeybush Herbal Tea contains just one ingredient, the South African herb Cyclopia intermedia. Its mahogany brown leaf granules have a distinctly floral, tea-like aroma and flavor, and an amber-colored brew that is similar to our Red Rooibos Tea, but with a naturally sweeter, slightly honey like, flavor.
Honeybush contains antioxidants and various minerals as well as flavones, which can be used to reduce blood lipids and possibly alleviate menopausal symptoms. Honeybush also contains Pinitol (found in pine trees), which is an expectorant, and therefore has been used for relieving coughs and congestion.

Instructions
1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into a tea strainer.
3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 5 minutes.
4. Remove tea strainer and herbs. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
