Instructions
To diffuse, add 2-3 drops to every 100 ml in an aromatherapy diffuser. For topical use dilute to 2% (6 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil or lotion. Cozy Room Spray: Mix 15–20 drops with witch hazel and distilled water in a glass spray bottle for an instant seasonal refresher. Warm Bath: Combine 3–5 drops with a carrier oil or Epsom salts for a soothing, spicy autumn soak.
