Instructions

Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 1-2 squeezes of the dropper as needed. Not to exceed 4 times per day. For healthy children age 5 and over, take 15 drops as needed. Not to exceed 4 times per day. This tincture is not recommended for use with pregnant women or breastfeeding women.

Everything I've tried before this tincture have worked... for a while. The Kava tincture is the only thing that has worked consistently. I find myself quietly drifting off and sleeping through the night with minimal tossing and turning. Even if I happen to get up to use the bathroom, I doze right back off when I return to bed. In the morning, I do not wake up groggy instead I wake up full of energy. I can easily and confidently recommend this product.

I used many brands of Kava tincture because Kava does help, big time. I find Herbal Toad's Kava tincture genuine and very helpful. My sister uses it too. Always have on hand.
