Description
A cousin of peppermint, spearmint essential oil has a sweeter, milder aroma, and one of the best essential oils to have on hand for children's complaints. Like peppermint, it stimulates the mind, and on skin it calms itchiness and helps heal dermatitis. Vomiting, diarrhea, colic, and flatuence can all be addressed with spearmint, and it is a good remedy for tension headaches and migraines. Spearmint is a mild muscle relaxant; and can be an effective choice for back spasms or hiccups.
Spearmint essential oil antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant and febrifuge; making it especially suitable for use with bronchitis, colds, colic, cough, diarrhea, fever, flu, headache, migraine, and nausea and vomiting, including morning sickness.
Pure essential oil of Spearmint (Mentha spicata) distilled from the leaves organically cultivated in India.
As a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth. Ephesians 1:10
