Instructions

Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times a day. Gauge effectiveness and then decrease frequency. This tincture is not recommended for use with children, nursing women, or pregnant women.

It was suggested that I start with Mama Balance and then use Venus tincture as needed. It definitely does what I was hoping it to do. My partner and I are very happy.
