Instructions

Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2-3 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times a day. Healthy children take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times a day. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use with nursing women, or pregnant women.
