Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 6 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner for use during pregnancy or during lactation.

Anti-Inflame
I love, love this product. I had inflammation in my wrist and in my left leg, with the first dose I could tell the difference. I thank God for the Herbal Toad products.

OK, I'll admit it ... I backed off on taking this ... yeah, it was a test to see if it really helped ... well, it does. After skipping it for two weeks, my hands and feet, plus my lower back were all screaming! The aches, swelling, and general discomfort was easy to recognize and after just a dose, I was already better. I won't play around anymore and I have returned to taking it daily (up to 3x daily) and no more aches and pains!!
