Instructions
Shake before using. Tincture herbal drops can be put directly in the mouth or added to water, tea, or juice. While we recommend using the tincture as is, you can add the serving to hot water to drink as tea and remove alcohol. Healthy adults take 1-2 squeezes of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 12 and over, take 1 squeeze of the dropper 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 5-12, take 18 drops 2-3 times per day. For healthy children age 2-5, take 10 drops 2-3 times per day.
Heal All Tincture may be applied directly to cold sores, or diluted into water first for more sensitive skin. You can also add a squeeze to water, tea, or juice. Heal All Tincture can also be mixed with a spoonful of honey when taking as a remedy to the throat. You can also use Heal-All to make throat spray.
This tincture may be recommended by a health practitioner during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Reluctant, but pleased
I was using Integral, and was not happy when it was discontinued. I reluctantly tried this, not expecting it to do what Integral has faithfully done. I wanted something that worked for a variety of things. I call it my 'just in case' tincture because I can't have everything on hand all the time. I am happy to say that Heal All does everything I wanted Integral to do plus more and works every bit of as well!

I keep this in my truck.
I drive for a living and can't bring everything with me, so my wife gave this to me. I have taken it for a number of ailments with good outcome. We keep a bottle at home and my wife says that if I don't which tincture to try, just give them Heal All. Sounds funny, but it does a pretty good job.
