Nutmeg's fragrance is a delight to the senses, with the ability to stimulate the mind. Its warming quality makes it a good choice for dealing with aches and pains. It is particularly useful when paired with a hot compress. Avoid nutmeg while pregnant until when in labor. Nutmeg essential oil can strengthen contractions during labor. Ideal for use with constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, impotence, joint pain, muscle soreness, muscle and joint stiffness, oily hair, and fatigue.
Ingredients: Pure, undiluted essential oils of Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), made from nutmeg kernels sourced from Indonesia.

Additional Information
To Diffuse: |
Add 2-3 drops per 100 ml water in an aromatherapy diffuser. |
Dilution: |
Dilute to 1% (3 drops per 10 ml or 2 tsp) of carrier oil |
For Digestion: |
Add Nutmeg to a carrier oil and rub in clockwise circles on the abdomen. |
For Muscle Aches: |
Add a couple drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil, then add to a ½ cup of Epsom salts in a warm bath. |
