Instructions

For classic London Fog Tea: Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over 2 teaspoons tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. While tea steeps, mix together 1/2 cup milk of your choosing and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and steam or froth depending on what tools you have. Strain tea and stir in 1–2 teaspoons raw honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice, and top with frothed milk.
