Recipe: Herb Roasted Turkey
This is one of my favorite turkey recipes to serve with my Herb Stuffing. We eat this every Thanksgiving holiday.
15 lb turkey
10 tablespoons butter softened
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 Tbs poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion peeled and quartered
1 lemon quartered
3 C warmed chicken or turkey broth
Preheat oven to 450 degrees while letting turkey stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Blend together butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.

The Benefits of Herbal Facial Steam
I love using herbal steams, especially in the winter months. Steam is warming and moistening and helps alleviate dryness in the body. Adding aromatic plants to hot, steamy water allows the plant's volatile oils to combine with the steam, and then delivered to the skin and/or respiratory system. This stuffing is one of our family favorites, and our number one requested recipe by those who have tried it.
1 pound crusty bread cut to bite-size cubes, or store bought dried bread cubes (about 10 cups)
2 medium onions, chopped
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 Tbs Poultry Seasoning
1 stick unsalted butter
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
